5. Return & Refund
Returns are accepted only if:
* The product is received damaged, or
* The product is not working upon delivery.
A continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:
* Start before opening the sealed package.
* Clearly show the shipping label.
* Show the entire unboxing process without any cuts, edits, or pauses.
If these requirements are not met, the return or refund request may be rejected.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and successfully inspected.
6. Warranty
Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, products are sold without any additional warranty beyond what is required under applicable law.
