Return & Refund Policy

At Shri R C Electricals, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted if:

* The product is damaged during transit, or
* The product is not working upon delivery.

Returns will not be accepted for:

* Change of mind
* Wrong product ordered by the customer
* Misuse, improper installation, or physical damage caused after delivery
* Products returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a return or refund, the customer must record a continuous unboxing video.

The video must:

* Start before opening the sealed package.
* Clearly show the shipping label/AWB label on the parcel.
* Show the package from all sides before opening.
* Capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts, edits, pauses, or camera changes.
* Clearly show the product and the reported issue.

If the shipping label is not visible, or the video contains any cut, edit, pause, or interruption, the return/refund request will be rejected.

Return Request

* The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
* Share your Order ID, issue details, and the complete unboxing video.

Refund Policy

* Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
* If the returned product is found to be working properly, damaged due to customer misuse, or the claim is invalid, no return or refund will be approved.
* Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after successful inspection.
